Making Waves for Youth Mental Health

  • This is my first year diving

  • in for youth mental health

Suicide is the leading cause of death for young people in Australia, and far too many of them struggle in silence, feeling like there’s no way out. This cause hits close to home for me because I’ve experienced the heartache and lasting repercussions suicide leaves on families and communities. I’ve seen firsthand how vital it is to have someone to lean on when you're struggling.

This March, I’m taking on the challenge of swimming to raise awareness and funds for the mental health support that so many young people urgently need. My goal is to break the silence around mental health and ensure no young person feels alone in their struggles.

By sponsoring my challenge, you're not just helping me reach a personal goal — you're making a real difference in someone’s life, giving them the hope and resources they need to keep going.

Every dollar raised will help young people understand that no matter what they’re facing, there is help, there is hope, and they are never truly alone.
