Making Waves for Mental Health

  • This is my first year diving

  • in for youth mental health

As a young person and an SES volunteer, I see firsthand how tough times can impact people in our community. Mental health struggles can feel overwhelming, but no one should have to face them alone.

This March, I’m swimming for Laps for Life to support young Australians who need mental health support. Suicide is the leading cause of death for young people in Australia—more than car accidents or cancer. That’s why it’s so important to raise awareness and ensure that help is available when it’s needed most.

Every lap I swim and every dollar raised will help provide support, hope, and a future for young people struggling with mental health. If you can, please donate or share to help make a difference. Together, we can make waves for mental health!
