Blue Mountains SES – Swimming for Strength

Did you know that suicide is the leading cause of death for young people in Australia? As emergency responders, we see firsthand the impact that mental health challenges can have on individuals, families, and communities.

This March, the Blue Mountains SES team is taking on Laps for Life to raise awareness and funds for youth mental health. Just like in emergencies, every second counts—and every dollar raised can help provide life-saving support for young people in crisis.
