We are nearing the middle of March and I am not quite halfway towards my swimming target . These past few weeks have been tough with Thomas's anniversary and two family birthdays , but swimming has helped me get through . There have been times when I have not felt I have had the energy to swim , but once in
The water , it is incredibly healing and soothing . I think of the 40% of you g people who are struggling with their mental health and their families that are trying to hold onto them and support them . It's so tough.
