RISE to the occasion and please DONATE!

This year, the RISE students from Taree High School are taking on the LAPS FOR LIFE swim challenge to raise awareness about MENTAL HEALTH while promoting fitness as a powerful tool for well-being.

For several years RISE students have been attending swim gym once a week and this year have decided to incorporate LAPS FOR LIFE, to support this very important cause.

Swimming is not just a physical activity—it’s a way to relieve stress, boost mood, and build resilience. By pushing themselves in the water, they are highlighting the importance of staying active for mental health and supporting those who may be struggling.

Every lap counts, whether you walk it, float it, swim it, or smash out an epic butterfly. Each lap represents strength, perseverance, and a commitment to making a difference.

Can you RISE to the occasion and DONATE to our fundraiser, or even join our team?!..
