Swimming to save lives
- This is my first year diving
- in for youth mental health
It is so horrifying to know that suicide is the leading cause of death for young people in Australia. Over two years ago, I lost my friend, Manny, to suicide. He was a beautiful and kind soul and I think of him everyday. He will forever hold such a special place in my heart, and so many others'.
I'm setting myself the challenge to swim 31km over the 31 days of March 2025. I'm hoping to raise $1000 so that services, like Reach Out, can ensure young Australians have access to the mental health support they urgently need.
If you're able to, please consider making a donation towards my challenge. All funds raised will help young people feel better about today and the future, no matter what challenges they're facing.
