Did you know suicide is the leading cause of death for young people in Australia?
That means that each year more young people die by suicide than in car accidents or from cancer.
Good mental health support access is really important, and the money you donate here will go towards reach out which is an amazing online and free mental health support service.
I’m swimming this March to honour my late mum who died by suicide in 2011 ❤️
