I'm swimming again to save lives
- This is my second year diving
- in for youth mental health
I'm diving in this March to make a wave of a difference to young people's mental health and taking on the 'Laps for Life' swim challenge again this year.
This year's challenge will be in memory of a friend lost too young last year and in celebration of the amazing, creative and immensely kind person he was.
Please take the plunge with me in helping save lives.
By sponsoring my challenge no matter how big or small, it will help Reachout to support young people across the country and raise awareness about mental health to help prevent youth suicide.
All funds raised will help young people feel better today and in the future, no matter what challenges they're facing.
