I'm swimming to save the lives of young Australians in distress
- This is my first year diving
- in for youth mental health
Did you know more young Australians die by taking their own lives than by any other cause (including car accidents and cancer)?
Our community needs to pull together and provide them with the support they need to get them through their darkest days.
Instead of feeling helpless, I've decided to jump in and help those who are best equipped to provide the appropriate mental health services our youth need.
So, I'm joining Laps for Life and will be swimming over 10km to raise $1,000 (and hopefully more) to contribute to Reach Out Australia's mental health services.
Every cent you contribute will help our kids feel better about today and the future, no matter what challenges they're facing.
