Did you know that more than 1 in 3 young Australians are currently facing a mental health challenge, and that suicide is the leading cause of death among young people in Australia?
This March, I’m taking on a swimming challenge to ensure young people across the country have access to the mental health support they urgently need.
By sponsoring my challenge, you’ll be making a direct contribution to the fight against youth suicide and helping provide critical resources for young people struggling with their mental health. Every dollar raised will support young Australians in feeling empowered, hopeful, and ready to face the future—no matter the obstacles they’re up against.
