Carmen, you know all too well the impacts of suicide, as do Stuart and myself… I’ve now had 18 friends die by suicide since we all left school, Lorenzo being one of them, and our son Is named after another Nathan Gould… It’s for this reason I went into social work and psychology and I now facilitate up to 20 workshops per year on First Nations Suicide Prevention… In fact, I was asked to give the opening address at the 2024 National Suicide Prevention Conference at Wesley Mission in Sydney last year as one of the leading experts on suicide prevention in the ACT… Please keep on doing what you’re doing to raise awareness and we’re all right behind you…!
