I'm swimming to save lives

I’ve always loved swimming. Ever since I was a kid, I loved it - but I never imagined I’d be taking on a challenge like this...
In September 2023, I started swimming with Swell Swimming, and it completely changed my life. Swimming gave me the tools to improve my fitness, health, and mental well-being in ways I never expected. It’s not just about the act of swimming—it’s about the confidence, discipline, and kindness I’ve shown myself along the way. Now, I want to use this to give back.
This March, I’m swimming 30km to raise funds for Laps for Life, helping young Australians get the mental health support they urgently need.
Why It Matters 💙
Suicide is the leading cause of death for young people in Australia. More young people lose their lives to suicide each year than to car accidents or cancer. But with the right support, we can change that.
Every donation, no matter the size, helps provide lifesaving mental health services to young Australians who need them most.
I’m so grateful to Swell Swimming (Katie and Flora <3) for their support and training, and I’d love for you to be part of this journey with me.
